Anonymous Attacked Penta and Prima Banka Websites

BRATISLAVA, January 27, (WEBNOVINY) – The hacker group Anonymous has already rendered most of the website of Prima Banka unavailable, leaving only access to internet banking. According to Anonymous, they do not intend to cause damage to ordinary people. As Prima Banka spokesman Michal Furik told SITA, the company recorded temporary unavailability of their website, but their experts were working on restoring services.

Websites of strongest Slovak political parties SMER-SD and SDKU-DS have also been temporarily unavailable. According to Anonymous, these parties are the most involved in the corruption scandal described in leaked intelligence service file Gorilla. Penta website was also unavailable on Friday; however, in spite of their original plans Anonymous decided not to attack Penta-controlled health insurance Dovera website after the company issued a statement warning that this could jeopardize fluent providing of health care.

Anonymous also hacked website of the Tatralandia Aquapark, owned by Tatry Mountain resorts, which is controlled by J&T, another major Slovak financial group. “We are Anonymous. We are Legion. We do not forgive. We do not forget. Expect us,” is its message left on the website. As the group informed, they wanted to support the Gorilla protest which is just taking place in Bratislava.
